I will ask clients to pay 50% of the total cost of the service via BACs within 24 hours of agreeing a date for the session. This will secure your appointment.

Remaining payment can be made via BACs or in cash (whichever you prefer) on the day of the appointment. 

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy after which the deposit is non-refundable. However, because life/ illness/childcare issues happen, I am happy for your session to be rearranged for another date.
