How do I know if colour healing is for me?
Colour healing can help with many aspects of life. You may wish to explore new ways of introducing moments of peace, balance or joy into your routine. You may be struggling to break free from behavioural patterns and ways of thinking that keep you from moving forward. It may be that you’ve just been feeling off for sometime and your usual go-tos for feeling better aren’t working.
Colour healing can be as focused or as holistic as you need it to be but if you’re unsure whether it can help, please feel free to get in touch with all of your questions.
Where are the Self-care with Colour sessions held?
You may feel more comfortable in your own environment or wish to use a neutral space, whichever works best for you! East Anglia has some beautiful wellbeing spaces on offer and I can arrange this for your session.
I always recommend these sessions are held in person but am happy to hold them via zoom or facetime if this is more convenient.
Please note the Introduction session is via zoom or facetime call only unless you happen to be local!

What happens if I can’t make my appointment?
Sometimes, life happens. So if you find you can’t attend your appointment you have until 24 hours beforehand to cancel in order to receive the 50% deposit fee. After this time your 50% deposit fee will be incurred but you are more than welcome to rearrange your appointment for another date. Please make sure you read the Terms and conditions below.
