Hi, I’m Michelle & here is a little bit about why I became a Colour Healer.
My journey began nearly twenty years ago as an Image Consultant, where I developed a love for colour theory. As a Personal Stylist for a major retailer, I saw how colour impacted my clients - evoking joy, discomfort, or even triggering memories tied to their past. These reactions sparked my fascination with colour’s psychological and emotional effects.
Eventually, I studied colour therapy and became a qualified Colour Healer and Counsellor. I learned how colour influences our bodies, minds and souls, offering a powerful tool for healing and balance.
Though I sometimes still struggle with consistency in my own wellness, my journey as a Colour Healer has taught me that wellbeing is personal. It’s about listening to our bodies and responding to how we feel.
In the ever-growing wellness industry, I am finding my own way of sharing my knowledge, expertise and intuitive ways of working with the world. My goal is to remain grounded and authentic in my approach, honouring the melting pot of cultures and traditions my practice incorporates to support us in the present.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers but the more I explore colour, the more I believe it has the power to heal, empower and bring joy.

About me
I’m a Londoner who now lives in South Norfolk with my husband, our son, a cat & a dog. We love exploring this corner of England with its historic towns, beautiful countryside & stunning beaches. We are just as happy at home enjoying nice food, cocktails & kitchen discos!
I’m absolutely obsessed with the paranormal, anything from ghosts to Bigfoot! I listen to a ridiculous number of podcasts about it & watch all the tv shows. I also love painting & would describe my style as modern impressionism - lots of colour (unsurprisingly!) with light & shadow.
I draw lots of inspiration from bygone eras & places that resonate with me on a spiritual level. Working colours & aesthetics into what I wear, how I decorate my home & even the branding for It’s a Colourful Life.
